IBCS POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ zrealizowała projekt dofinansowany z Funduszy Europejskich pn. „ibcsDock/ibcsCloud: zautomatyzowany system rejestracji przepływu towarów w magazynie”.
Increase warehouse efficiency without new recruitments. Implement modern Honeywell devices that will provide clear and clear instructions, eliminate moments of hesitation and other delays.
The answer to these problems is Honeywell’s voice picking equipment, which will operate throughout the shift – even overtime – maintaining the highest quality of voice commands and communication with WMS system.
A700X series from Honeywell is 3 different versions adapting to specific working conditions. They share a common list of starting features and benefits:
Which model to choose?
Talkman A710X – connectivity via Bluetooth
If vehicles are used for picking, this model will quickly connect to peripherals – headsets, printers and scanners – without a cumbersome cable.
Talkman A720X – wired and wireless connectivity
It seamlessly connects even with peripherals operating locally. It is also compatible with Vocollect SL-14, Wired SR and SRX voice devices – it has two TCO connectors.
Talkman A730X – additional function of scanning 1D and 2D codes
If you need a terminal and an occasional scanner in one, the second function will be a great support in picking process.
Dolphin CT40 – for retail, TSL and DSD management
With this terminal you will speed up and improve your work in a wide range:
Quick access to information is provided by 4G LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity.
The device is based on the Honeywell Mobility EdgeTM platform, which means increased IT security, lower implementation and service costs, and the ability to upgrade the Android system to the 5th version forward.
Dolphin CT40 supports a wide range of accessories and applications, including from Honeywell.
Dolphin CT60 – for efficient work with large amounts of information
A robust business model that ensures constant access to data from all relevant sources and the efficient collection of new information.
The following are responsible for the efficiency of task performance:
ScanPal EDA51 – for effective work in the shop, service and warehouse
Compared to competitors, it is distinguished by a large, 5-inch touchscreen (1280×720 HD resolution) and expandable memory up to 128GB. In addition, it has the best-in-class integrated imager – the Honeywell N6603 – that can even handle corrupted codes.
Its big advantage is backward compatibility. It will communicate with devices and accessories even after upgrading from Android 8 to Android Q.
In voice order picking, ergonomics work for accuracy. A well-chosen headset can protect against a serious mistake, complaint, and often the loss of a customer.
All our sets are models of a proven supplier – Honeywell. Each adapts to different working conditions:
Honeywell SRX-SL14 – divided attention in a dynamic work environment
A lightweight and functional set with Bluetooth connectivity. For employees who function in a crowded environment and need to constantly redirect attention from voice communication to talking to a live person. One ear is always free. The microphone can be raised to quickly exchange information in the group or provide consultations.
An additional function is a step counter, useful for evaluating the performance and daily or hourly workload of an employee.
Device for operation at temperatures above 0 degrees Celsius.
Honeywell SRX3 – Accurate picking thanks to noise reduction
Employee efficiency and reduction of mental fatigue thanks to the use of a triple microphone and SoundSense technology.
Durability that allows you to work also in freezers.
Reduction of investment costs.
Honeywell SR-20 – reliable and light wired connection
Versatile single-speaker kit for environments with industrial noise associated with the work environment. Thanks to the wired connection and the lack of batteries, you do not have to worry about flooding the cell and life in the freezer.
High environmental resistance:
3 connection types available:
Honeywell SR-35 – safe integration with helmet
A set for working in spaces with industrial noise related to the working environment. To use this model, helmets with a PELTOR latch are sufficient. The headset can be connected to the terminal using a straight cable with a TCO or 2.5mm jack connector.
High environmental resistance:
Honeywell SR-40 – better protection of worker’s hearing
A model dedicated to long work in places with industrial noise related to the working environment or in a cold store. It combines ear protection with support for the speed of voice picking.
High environmental resistance:
The headset can be connected to the terminal using a straight cable with a TCO connector.
Wondering which of the voice terminals and headsets to choose? Do you want to check how the implementation of such devices in your warehouse will affect performance and reliability indicators?
After implementation, you will receive a service contract to support the software and deployed hardware. It will include guaranteed error response time and 24/7 or 5/7 availability of consultants. Thanks to comprehensive service, we will diagnose any problem in the process – software or hardware. Check and select your terms of service>>>
“Many bidders applied for the implementation. However, the scope of the solution proposed by IBCS Poland, as well as additional elements related to network monitoring and management as part of these functionalities, determined the choice of this solution – explains Zbigniew Koplin from the District Dairy Cooperative in Piątnica.”
“It is worth emphasizing that the efficiency of the warehouse increased above the assumed value. This contributed to real financial savings. We are fully satisfied with the implementation and its effects as well as cooperation with IBCS Poland.”
“As intended, work ergonomics have improved, the number of errors has decreased, and warehouse processes have been optimised. The pick-by-voice technology has also contributed to speeding up the collection and dispensing stages, as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of picking.”
“The system is centralized and easy to manage from one place. It generates not only savings of funds, but also time savings – previously, manual printing was performed by employees and operators of all workstations. (…) The universal architecture significantly reduced downtime, facilitated service work and additionally largely eliminated human errors.”
